TDH TEXT MESSAGING TERMS OF USE

By "Opting In" to or using a “Text Message Service” from TDH, you accept these Terms & Conditions. THIS AGREEMENT MAY BE SUBJECT TO BINDING ARBITRATION AND A WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION RIGHTS, as detailed below if applicable.

This agreement is between you and TDH or one of its affiliates. All references to "TDH," "we," "our," or "us" refer to TDH, headquartered in Conroe, Texas.

DEFINITIONS

"Opting In" refers to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.

"Text Message Service" includes any arrangement or situation in which we send one or more messages addressed to your mobile phone number, including SMS, MMS, or successor protocols or technologies.

CONSENTING TO TEXT MESSAGING

By consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions, as well as our and Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

E-SIGN DISCLOSURE

By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the use of the electronic record by replying STOP.

TDH TEXT MESSAGE SERVICE PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy. Information you provide through this service is used solely to transmit mobile messages and respond to you. This includes sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and vendors who assist in message delivery.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent will neverbe shared with third parties.

We reserve the right to disclose information as necessary to comply with laws, regulations, or governmental requests, avoid liability, or protect our rights or property. COSTS OF TEXT MESSAGES

TDH does not charge you for messages sent or received via this service. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless provider.

FREQUENCY OF TEXT MESSAGES

This service is intended for conversational, person-to-person communication between you and TDH employees. The number of messages you receive will vary based on your interactions and requests (e.g., sending a HELP keyword).

OPTING OUT OF TEXT MESSAGES

To stop receiving messages, reply to any message with STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. Opt-out requests are specific to each conversation and phone number. A confirmation message may be sent after you unsubscribe.

[BINDING ARBITRATION, CLASS ACTION WAIVER, AND SEVERABILITY]

If applicable, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive your right to participate in class actions. If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
